Be very clear about what it is you are trying to do.

What are you doing in this plan? What is your role? What do you bring to this challenge? Listening to others? Planning? Making effective decisions?

3. What are my resources and boundaries
This can be time, money, people, decisions before asking for approval etc.

4. What’s in it for me?
Sense of Achievement, job security, financial reward, having fun while working hard,

5. How am I doing?
KPIs? cSAT, eSAT, feedback from colleagues or management, reports, results and trends etc
